Plan for the busiest part of the event
Total invitations are not the same as the number of people using the facilities at once. A family barbecue, community fundraiser and all-day sporting event produce different demand. Share expected attendance, event length, food and drinks, existing bathrooms and any intermissions that will send people to the restrooms together. The planner’s one-per-50 ratio is only a discussion starting point.
Protect your home’s indoor facilities
Hosting guests at a home with a septic system? A basic portable toilet can reduce their use of indoor bathrooms. An outdoor restroom gives guests another option. Choose a convenient, well-lit position with a clear path, but keep vehicle and service access in mind. If the backyard is difficult to reach, agree a usable alternative near the front or side of the property.
Schedule around the event, not just its date
For a Saturday event, an earlier delivery can remove the risk of waiting while guests arrive. Whether Thursday or Friday delivery works, and whether it changes the charge, depends on the confirmed rental. Holiday pickups may follow a different schedule. Tell us when the property or venue will be locked so collection does not depend on access that will no longer be available.
Public venues need venue-specific approval
If your gathering uses a Baytown park or public space, contact the venue or city about permission, layout and accessible routes. Baytown Parks and Recreation publishes facility rental information; different facilities can have different arrangements. A portable restroom booking does not itself reserve a park or authorize placement in a public right-of-way. We can work from the approved access and placement information you provide.
