Information the quote form collects
The form asks for your name, phone number, email, delivery ZIP code, city, rental use, requested dates, guest or worker count, equipment preference, optional quantity, contact preference and any notes you provide. It records your consent to contact you about the request. The page URL is included when the enhanced form submission is used. Do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive information in the notes.
How the form is delivered
When you submit, your information is sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms, the third-party form-delivery service used by this site. It is used to route the request to the configured business inbox and may be processed for spam prevention. See Web3Forms’ privacy policy for its processing practices. Submitting the form does not reserve or pay for equipment.
Why we use your information
We use rental inquiries to contact you, clarify equipment and location needs, check availability, prepare quotes and respond to related service questions. The form’s contact permission applies to your rental request; it does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list. Information needed to fulfill an accepted order is handled through the rental and billing process supplied with that order.
Website requests and technical services
The website host and form provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect their services. This site does not install advertising trackers, a marketing analytics script or a social-media feed. The quantity planner runs in your browser; its values are not sent to us unless you include them in a submitted request.
Fonts, stories and external links
The site serves its fonts locally without contacting Google Fonts. Individual Web Stories load the AMP runtime from the AMP Project content-delivery network. Following a phone, email or external reference link uses the relevant application or third-party service, whose own privacy practices apply. No map is automatically embedded on the contact page.
Cookies and browser storage
The site’s own code does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not save quote fields in local storage. Providers that deliver hosting, forms or Web Stories may have their own technical processing. Information typed into an unsubmitted form stays in the current browser page, subject to any autofill or browser features you have enabled.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted. Provide enough information to identify the request, without sending unnecessary sensitive data. Applicable recordkeeping obligations and information needed for an active order may affect what can be removed. Ask us about the records associated with your inquiry or order when making a privacy request.
