Start with the people actually on site
A residential remodel in Goose Creek Landing and an industrial construction project near the Ship Channel have different logistics. Tell us the largest on-site shift, working hours, expected project length and whether crews move between work zones. Existing facilities only help if workers can actually access them. Keep separate public or visitor needs in the plan.
OSHA minimums are a starting point
OSHA 1926.51(c)(1), Table D-1, lists one facility for 20 or fewer workers, one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers in the next tier, and one toilet seat and one urinal per 50 workers at 200 or more. Round quantities up. For example, 80 workers in the middle tier means two toilet seats and two urinals. Review the standard’s conditions and site-specific requirements; a minimum count is not a complete sanitation plan.
Cleaning should follow the workload
An ongoing rental commonly includes weekly service, with the agreed frequency written into the order. Pumping, interior cleaning and restocking need a reachable service route. Larger crews, overtime and heavy use can require more visits. If supplies are running low or a unit becomes unusable, contact us with the location and order details instead of waiting for the next routine visit.
Understand the cycle and end the rental deliberately
Recurring charges and pickup arrangements should be clear before the rental starts. Ask whether your quote uses a 28-day period or another schedule, what renews automatically and which fees apply only once. A three-week job may still fall within a full rental cycle. For open-ended rentals, request pickup and confirm when billing stops; an unused toilet does not automatically end an order.
Plan specialty equipment before it is needed
Ask about high-rise, crane-lift-compatible equipment, holding tanks or additional washing facilities when the site requires them. A standard cabin must not be treated as crane-ready merely because a lifting option exists elsewhere in the product range. Confirm the specific manufacturer-approved configuration and your site’s lifting and access arrangements.
