Comfort that needs a little more planning
A restroom trailer can offer a more familiar indoor-style setting than a single portable cabin. Layouts and amenities vary by model; ask about the toilets, urinals, sinks, lighting and climate-control equipment in the quoted trailer. Ask about the Satellite Suites 6-by-14-foot, four-station model when comparing layouts. That nominal body size is not the full installed footprint.
Allow room for the whole setup
The hitch, access steps, doors and any ramp add space beyond the trailer body. We need a workable delivery approach, turning room and a stable placement area. A wedding lawn may look spacious but still have irrigation, soft ground or a narrow entrance. Share a site photo or layout and confirm the actual deployed dimensions before finalizing your floor plan.
Power and water are model-specific
Do not assume every trailer can run from the same outlet or ordinary extension cord. Request the assigned trailer’s electrical amperage, circuit count, connection distance and water requirements. If utility hookups are unavailable, ask whether an appropriate generator or temporary water supply can be included. Those arrangements must be confirmed with the quote; they are not automatic inclusions.
Design for your guests and the service route
Position the entrance where guests can find it while keeping access clear for servicing. Separate service vehicles from guest arrival and food preparation areas. For summer events near Galveston Bay, review climate-control operation and a weather contingency. A stepped trailer is not automatically wheelchair-accessible; specify access requirements and compare a suitable accessible trailer or separate accessible unit.
An itemized trailer quote
Your quote should identify the model, delivery and pickup windows, rental duration, service visits, utilities, optional attendants and tax. An event count alone cannot determine trailer capacity. We will discuss the event’s duration, arrival peaks, other restrooms and service needs before the rental is confirmed.
