A short need does not always mean daily billing
Ask how the rental period is charged before comparing prices. A one-day event may use a weekend package, while a short construction job may fall within a longer billing cycle. Your quote should say when the rental begins, how long the price covers and whether pickup is already scheduled. Do not multiply a longer-term rate into an assumed daily price.
Get the unit there before you need it
Customers planning Saturday gatherings often asked for Friday delivery. That can be helpful, but an earlier arrival and its price must be confirmed. Delivery preferences are different from guaranteed appointment times. Share when the property is open, whether somebody will guide placement and which phone number the driver should use if access is unclear.
Temporary access during plumbing repairs
For a Baytown home, apartment property or commercial restroom closure, describe who will rely on the unit and for how many hours. Accessibility, washing and nighttime lighting may be important even for a brief outage. Place the restroom where people can reach it without crossing the work zone, and arrange an extension if repairs take longer than expected.
Check the pickup plan before the gates close
An event ending does not mean the truck can collect immediately. Agree the collection date or pickup-request process and keep the service route available. If a business closes for the weekend, tell us before dispatch. Review cancellation and weather-change terms before approving a short-notice order.
