A secured facility may require more preparation than an ordinary delivery address. Share the designated entrance, escort or induction requirements, vehicle restrictions and approved delivery windows. Include the largest shift and any overlapping crews. Construction activity and ongoing plant operations can have different applicable requirements, so the facility’s responsible safety team should define the site standard.
Put facilities where the crew can use them
Restrooms need to be reachable without forcing workers through restricted or active equipment areas. Identify separate work zones and explain how they will move during the job. Keep the service vehicle’s route usable after staging changes. Tell us about overhead lines, pipe racks, ground limitations and other access constraints before dispatch.
Specify additional sanitation equipment clearly
Ask about handwashing stations, temporary water, holding tanks, shower units or combined facilities when your project requires them. Include the intended use, utility availability and service frequency. A general equipment category does not establish that a model is appropriate for a particular hazardous environment. Confirm site acceptance and model specifications before booking.
Use one clear contact for service and changes
Assign a site contact and backup who can resolve access and placement questions. If a unit becomes unusable, provide its exact location and the problem. Review extra cleaning, relocation and pickup charges in the quote. When the project ends, coordinate removal with security and confirm the billing stop date.
